The latest feeder from Vibration Systems & Solutions claims to give the best possible accuracy when filling small containers.
The tray is driven by a pneumatic linear vibrator which does not 'run-on' so the feed is stopped when the vibrator is turned off. The vibrator has a self-generated air cushion at each end of the stroke to eliminate impact and give quiet operation.
It does not rely on any 'tuning' for correct operation, and the feed rate can be easily adjusted while the feeder is operating.
The tray and hopper are made from brushed stainless steel to allow fast, easy cleaning, while the tray is mounted on fibreglass blade springs. No coil springs to become dirt trap points.
Various standard size hoppers are available, with special sizes available on request.
The system can be electronically linked to a weigh scale with the scale set point turning off the feeder.
