The Dyna-weigh Combicheck integrated product inspection system is a customised, tailored solution intended to meet specific requirements, while at the same time being designed for ease of use and easy maintenance. Wherever possible, the components used are selected as being industry standard and easily upgradeable to futureproof the product.
As well as the extensive list of standard features, there are many other options available to further enhance this integrated product inspection point.
Standard features include: a 15″ touch screen interface; full stainless steel construction; hygienic, washdown design; programmable Rockwell VSD with 4-speed selection; three-phase IP67 motors; and a digital IP67-rated loadcell.
Two reject mechanisms are incorporated - metal and weight - and each includes reject confirmation. The units have a 100-product library, robust security protection, draught cover and USB data download.
