Bosch Packaging Technology Elematic 1000 SL and 3000 S case packers

The Bosch Packaging Technology Elematic 1000 SL and Elematic 3000 S Case Packers provide good performance and quick size changeovers using the latest drive technology.

The Elematic 1000 SL is a one-level, high-performance machine, which handles up to 660 folding boxes per minute. High-performance collating, with the latest servo technology, offers a high output rate. At the same time, the size changeovers for new formats are quickly and easily made. It also handles pre-glued RSC blanks with a capacity of up to 28 packages per minute.

The Elematic 3000 S inserts folding boxes into packaging consisting of tray and hood. It is equipped with Assist System software, which ensures that important maintenance work is completed on schedule.

Both machines are also equipped with the ‘Standby and Sleep’ function, which automatically shuts down parts which are not needed during production breaks. As a result, it is claimed that energy savings of up to 70% can be achieved.
