Alipack has introduced the Trito 50 label applicator head. It is an automatic self-adhesive label applicator which can be combined with an existing production line. The unit is suitable for the application of labels onto flat or slightly irregular products.
High reliability and precise labelling (±0.v5 mm) is one of the features of the Trito 50 along with the capability of applying a variety of label stock which can vary in size from 10-50 mm in width and 10-300 mm in length.
Optional extras for the Trito 50 are: encoder 1000 impulses with encoder switchboard; switchboard for velocity 60 m/min; optical/acoustic alarm indicating finished spool or broken paper; pre-alarm finished spool; support column with basement; auto-block wheels; and photocell for transparent labels.
