Heat and Control partnering with Hayssen

Expanding its offerings as a single source supplier of processing and packaging equipment, Heat and Control has formed a strategic partnership agreement with packaging flow wrapper manufacturer Hayssen.

Hayssen’s hygienic and easy-to-clean flow wrappers are designed for a wide range of challenging industries, including snack foods, pasta, powders, frozen food, bakery, fresh food, confectionery and salads.

The flow wrappers offer versatility throughout a wide range of packaging applications. Their flexible and easy-to-clean design features quick product changeovers, durable construction and waste minimisation technology.

The Hayssen Flow wrappers can increase production speeds for packaging lines, with the new CO50 machine featuring speeds of up to 200 packs/min.

Their ‘no-product, no bag’ feature and misplaced product detection features minimise film waste while their long dwell crimpers allow for superior seals.
