FoodTech Qld to show CPS SIAT packaging equipment
Australian owned and operated Contract Packaging Systems (CPS) will be showing the SIAT OneWrap LP semiautomatic pallet stretch wrapper and the S8/4 semiautomatic case sealer at the upcoming FoodTech Qld exhibition, from 28–30 July.
The SIAT OneWrap LP semiautomatic stretch wrapper (pictured below) is suitable for common pallet wrapping needs. Observe the system’s electronic board and control panel with 10 different programs and 5 different modes of operation, which allow consistent wrapping cycles for any given product. Additional programmable features include speeds of the carriage in ascent and descent phase and the overwrap amount. The cycle can be stopped at any point and then continued, useful for corner protection application. The OneWrap LP has a turntable blocking feature to avoid movements during loading and unloading operations.

The SIAT S8/4 case sealer (pictured below) is designed for efficient closing and sealing of cartons, with a manually adjustable fixed size and a side-drive 20 metre/min carton sealing machine for low-profile cartons and 30 mm tape length. SIAT semiautomatic case sealers are designed to be reliable and feature many options for ease of use.
