Conveyor belt scale

The Tecweigh WY-15 conveyor belt scale features strain gauge technology. Two precision strain gauge load cells offer reliability and durability.

The design eliminates most common problem areas and its weather-tight one-piece construction keeps lines rolling even in extreme conditions, such as dust, dirt and harsh weather.

Simple two-step calibration utilises self-storing ‘cal’ weights making calibration easy and safe. Chains or hang-ons are not required for calibration.

The Tecweigh weight controller/processor features advanced microprocessor technology. The units are easy to calibrate, user-friendly and dependable.

Two models are available: the WY-15 single idler with ±½% accuracy and the WY-25 dual idler with ±¼% accuracy.

The systems are available in standard belt widths.

The WY-15 conveyor scale features a rugged steel carriage.

Two precision strain gauge load cells provide precise measurement and there are no knife edges, bearings or rubber supports. The scale is impact and weather resistant. Installation is simple and quick with no bulky chains or awkward hang-ons.

The electronic weight processor has a bright 13 mm LED display which indicates rate and total. Feed rate control and load out control are optional and the auto zero/auto span makes calibration easy.

The compact IP66 enclosure is optionally available in stainless steel.
