TMX Global appoints Strategic Advisor
Supply chain leader Bruce Herbert has been appointed as Strategic Advisor of TMX Global, based in its Sydney office.
He is returning to Australia after nine years in Japan, most recently having worked as Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Incorporate’s (CCBJI) Chief Supply Chain Officer in Tokyo.
Herbert has over 30 years of experience and has worked through the ranks of the supply chain, beginning as a project engineer and progressing to senior executive roles with Coca-Cola Amatil before moving on to work in the Philippines and Indonesia.
“He is a disruptor and a hands-on strategic advisor who will deepen TMX Global’s position as a client-led organisation,” said Milan Andjelkovic, Chief Operating Officer at TMX Global.
Herbert worked closely with TMX Global in Japan and was impressed with its capabilities across logistics, automation, supply chain and project management.
Herbert said he is looking forward to using his decades of experience to find the solutions for TMX Global clients.
“I’ve been doing transformation projects all my career, and I’ve got strong views on what works and what doesn’t, plus a track record of delivering fit-for-purpose projects. I’m looking forward to developing these solutions for TMX Global’s diverse customer base.”
