Taking a look at interpack 2023

This year at interpack there will be a focus on sustainability, processing and packaging technology designed to develop production processes that are less resource-intensive. Taking place from 4–10 May 2023, around 2700 exhibitors will be presenting their new products.

Some of the exhibitors present at the event include:

  • Syntegon Technology, Hall 6. This company will be focusing on sustainable solutions for a better life.
  • MULTIVAC, Hall 5. This company will present solutions for food, medical and pharmaceutical products, with a focus on sustainable solutions and digital services.
  • Aasted ApS, Hall 1. Focusing on the chocolate, baking and confectionery industry, Aestef will present energy-saving products, a bakery line and its portfolio of tempering machines.
  • SOLLICH, Hall 3. This company will present a variety of production processes for all kinds of confectionery.
  • Metsä Board, Hall 8a. Specialising in the development of light cardboard and recyclable barrier cardboard to reduce the carbon footprint of packaging throughout the value chain.
  • SCHÜTZ, Hall 10. Presenting novel products such as the Green Layer series to minimise carbon footprint and contribute to a circular economy.
  • ProAmpac Flexibles, Hall 10. This company will present its approach for sustainable packaging solutions and creative flexible packaging solutions.
  • Starlinger, Hall 8a. Presenting machines for producing woven plastic sacks and systems for recycling plastics, extruding and refining PET.
  • Bluhm Systeme, Hall 8b. It is focusing on packaging as a medium of information and how to mark products safely, efficiently and in an intelligent manner.
  • Langguth GmbH, Hall 8b. Presenting labelling machines that contain higher degrees of automation and the service demands made of production systems, such as OEE data recording or predictive maintenance.
  • OPTIMA packaging group. Focusing on technological developments, this company will present sustainable and flexible filling and packaging machines for market segments pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, paper hygiene and medical products.
  • Romaco Holding, Hall 16. This company focuses on sustainable machine concepts to lower carbon emissions and will present laboratories for granulation, pelleting, pellet coating, filling technologies and consulting for sustainable packaging.

All exhibitors will be presenting packaging and processing technology for the future. Visitors can also experience a lecture program offering insight into industry trends and in the spotlight talks.
