See inside Diageo's Huntingwood facility

Are you interested in witnessing where brands like Bundaberg Rum, Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker and UDL are blended and packed? You can do just that at the Australian Institute of Packaging’s (AIP) site visit of Diageo’s Huntingwood facility on Thursday, 8 November 2018.

Diageo has over 200 brands of alcohol sold in 180 countries. Every year, it produces more than 6.5 billion litres of its brands from more than 100 manufacturing sites in 30 countries, and Diageo Australia produces close to 100 million litres.

The Huntingwood facility comprises filling lines, mixing operations, raw material and finished goods storage together with quality control, maintenance and administration facilities. During the tour, attendees can see the aluminium can line, carbonated glass bottle line, spirit bottle line, bag in box and automated warehousing.
