Rockwell Automation names new Asia Pacific President
Rockwell Automation has announced that it has appointed Scott Wooldridge as Regional President, Asia Pacific. Wooldridge succeeds Joe Sousa, who had been in the role since August 2016. Wooldridge will be leading the execution of the company’s strategy to bring the Connected Enterprise to life, combining Rockwell Automation’s technology and domain expertise to deliver positive business outcomes for customers.
Prior to joining Rockwell Automation in 2017 as Regional Director (South Pacific), Wooldridge held the role of CEO of Energy Action and was a board member with the Energy Efficiency Council, both in Australia. Wooldridge was also Vice President, Pacific Rim — a portfolio within the Asia Pacific region covering the markets of Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea and South East Asia.
