Registrations have opened for ConTech2017

This Australasian confectionery technical conference, sponsored by the Manildra Group, will be held on 31 May at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Themed ‘The future for confectionery’, the program will feature a global market analysis and discussion on trends driving innovation in the confectionery industry. Other topics will cover ingredient science and technology, innovation and its application and how to marry health and wellness pressures with the challenge of being true to our treat foods.

In the days immediately following ConTech2017 a two-day practical and theoretical workshop, ‘Confectionery Science — Innovation With Texture’ will be held.
