Pro Mach acquires Weiler Labeling Systems
Pro Mach integrated packaging solutions has acquired New Jersey-based provider of high-speed rotary labelling, serialisation and coding solutions, Weiler Labeling Systems.
The addition of Weiler expands Pro Mach’s capabilities in the complex serialisation, documentation and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) requirements of pharmaceutical and medical packagers. Weiler has manufactured premium high-speed rotary labellers for more than 25 years and holds six patents for its systems. Weiler solutions are used by personal care and consumer goods companies, which allows users to improve their line speed, quality and efficiency.
“We’re pleased to welcome the Weiler team to Pro Mach,” says Michel Lapierre, president of Pro Mach’s pharmaceutical packaging group. “Weiler’s solutions are a great addition to our product portfolio; combined with our existing NJM Packaging we can produce sophisticated pharmaceutical labelling and packaging.”
