Pollen Consulting Group and Argon & Co combine
Pollen Consulting Group has announced it is joining management consultancy Argon & Co, which has expertise spanning the supply chain, procurement, finance and shared services.
The new combined business aims to be a market leader throughout Australia and New Zealand with a team of 60 consultants and offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, and over 400 consultants globally.
Paul Eastwood, a founding member of Pollen, will become Managing Partner of the ANZ business. It is expected that there will be further growth across the Southeast Asia region under his purview.
“This is an exciting move for us. It felt like the right time and the right fit with Argon & Co. We have the same company culture and values, and it means together we can turbocharge our resources, capability and vision to build a leading global management consultancy,” Eastwood said.
Pollen Consulting Group has provided consultancy services to multiple industries such as manufacturing and industrial sectors, where it has developed supply chain efficiencies. It will become part of Argon’s global team, integrating into that company’s experience with supply chain management, analysis of operational performance and development of efficient processes.
The leadership teams of both businesses will actively continue to lead.
“This represents another exciting step in Argon & Co’s expansion strategy,” said Yvan Salamon, CEO of Argon & Co.
“Pollen has made a big impact within the ANZ market, and we are pleased that they are joining Argon & Co. It will more than triple the number of consultants we have in Australia and New Zealand, providing immediate value to our clients.”
