Packserv expands into the US with its packaging machinery

Packserv has taken a significant step in its international growth, announcing a new alliance with US-based FP Developments. Through this collaboration, Packserv’s packaging machinery is now directly available across the United States.

Built and manufactured in Australia, Packserv’s machines have a modular design which enables users to easily scale and reconfigure their packaging lines as their business evolves. From liquid filling and capping to conveying and container handling solutions, the range has been designed to support growing FMCG, pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturers with local access and on-the-ground support now available in the US market thanks to the new alliance.

For Packserv, this marks more than geographic expansion. It’s a commitment to taking Australian manufacturing capability to the world, proving that locally made machinery can compete, perform and thrive on a global stage.

“As an industry-leading packaging machinery designer and manufacturer, Packserv recognises that FP Developments is a strong strategic fit for us and the perfect company to align with as we expand into the US. Their machine quality, depth of industry experience, and proven reliability align closely with our own standards,” said Nathan Wardell, Managing Director and owner of the family-run business with 30 years of industry experience. “By expanding the FPD range and complementing it with solid technical support, we can deliver greater value to FMCG manufacturers globally.”

“Packserv’s equipment aligns well with the type of systems our customers are looking for: proven, flexible and ready to be integrated into real production environments,” said Jeff Denson, CEO of FP Developments. “This allows us to bring those technologies to the US market while continuing to provide the engineering support and long-term service our customers expect from FP.”

The equipment will be on show at stand 1116 during Pack Expo East in Philadelphia from 17–19 February 2026.
