New factory expands Proseal's Australian reach
Proseal has relocated to a new factory in Australia as it works to enhance the range of support and sales services for customers throughout the company and to meet demand for its products such as tray sealing machines as well as its recently introduced CP3 case packing system.
The new 2100 m2 office, production and warehouse combination located in Westmeadows, Melbourne, will double the company’s local manufacturing capacity. It will offer a range of features, such as a test kitchen for the assessment and trial of new packaging materials and tray/film combinations, demonstration areas and training facilities. A selection of spare parts will also be held at the factory for quick replacement parts.
The factory will also play host to parent company JBT’s Diversified Food & Health and AutoCoding Systems operations.
“Australia is a very important market for Proseal, and we are committed to delivering the highest standards of service and support,” said Will Holmes, Operations Manager at Proseal Australia.
“The range of facilities within our new factory will both enhance our manufacturing capabilities and help customers to identify the most appropriate solution for their requirements and get the best out of the equipment they select.”
