New Demo Kitchens at Fine Food Australia 2019
Fine Food Australia will return to Sydney on 9–12 September, bringing with it new Demo Kitchens and 19 co-located competitions and events.
The four-day event is expected to attract more than 23,000 industry professionals, who will have the opportunity to explore eight sectors across food and specialty, catering and hospitality equipment, drinks, bakery equipment and ingredients, healthy living, retail technology, dairy and packaging. The event organisers have also stated that 85% of the show floor has already sold out.
For a second year running, Freedom Foods Group has been announced as Platinum Sponsor. Sarah Herbert, Senior Brand Manager at Freedom Foods, said: “The event provides a fantastic platform for businesses to showcase their products as well as an opportunity to network with and learn from industry leaders, with useful and insightful sessions across the four days. Fine Food Australia gets bigger and better each year, and we are proud to have aligned as a partner.”
Callebaut will be sponsoring the Innovations in Patisserie stage, featuring appearances from leading pastry chefs, demonstrations of new techniques on Van Rooy equipment and expert advice for aspiring talent. Supported by the NSW Government, the Demo Kitchens is a new feature for 2019, and will demonstrate new dishes with exhibitor ingredients.
The 2019 event will also feature 19 co-located competitions, masterclasses and events including the Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award, Australian Culinary Challenge, The Great Aussie Pie & Sausage Roll Competition, Women in Foodservice Charity Event and many more.
