Krones purchases 100% stake in labeller manufacturer
Beverage filling and packaging technology manufacturer Krones has purchased labeller manufacturer Gernep Group. Based in south-east Germany and employing just under 100 employees, Gernep services international markets with customised labelling solutions in the low- and medium-output ranges. The company’s principal markets are food and beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
Gernep will continue to operate autonomously, with the existing management and sales structures.
