Invitations open for 2018 Food Network Expo
Monash Food Innovation Centre (MFIC) is inviting professionals looking to upskill and network with peers in the food industry to attend the Food Network Expo at Monash Clayton.
Taking place between 10 am and 4 pm on Tuesday, 5 June 2018, the event will give attendees the opportunity to connect and consult with a range of exhibitors covering areas such as sensory, entrepreneurship, country of origin labelling and branding.
They can also hear from guest speakers such as:

- Jo Munro, Presenter, The Savvy Shopaholic, Today Show
- Roslyn Grundy, Editor, The Good Food Guide and Epicure
- Sarah Boykett, Publicist and Nutritionist
- Angeline Achariya, CEO, Monash Food Innovation Centre
The day will feature a number of key hot topic discussions, including ‘How can the Innovation Connections grant deliver success?’ by Joe Dodd, Innovation Facilitator at CSIRO and ‘How to take your product from kitchen to factory?’ by George Gekas, CEO and Founder at Badalya.
