Foodservice Australia is looking for the best chef and pop-up restaurant
In Sydney, 19–21 May, Foodservice Australia — the annual trade show dedicated to the hospitality industry — will host over 400 exhibitors showcasing equipment, food and drink as well as free workshops and stages. Entry to the hospitality trade show is free, but exclusively food or hospitality trade only.
Members of the hospitality and food service trades are encouraged to apply to compete in two competitions (Australian Professional Chef of the Year and the ACF Restaurant Challenge) running throughout the trade show.
