BOGE compressors acquires INMATEC GaseTechnologie
BOGE has taken over INMATEC GaseTechnologie, a manufacturer of nitrogen and oxygen generators. INMATEC will continue to trade under its name and will remain an independent business unit located in Herrsching.
The acquisition will see BOGE, a compressed air specialist, expanding its product portfolio to cater to more diverse and industry-specific requests in the future.
Olaf Hoppe, BOGE Managing Director, said the acquisition will allow BOGE to offer its customers a “one-stop shop” with complete solutions.
With INMATEC nitrogen and oxygen generators, BOGE will be able to cater more individually to customer requests that include food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, plastic, injection moulding, mining, chemicals, pulp and paper, wastewater treatment, laser cutting, metalworking, packaging and healthcare sectors, among others, from both companies.
“For BOGE, this is a resolute continuation of our growth strategy. As well as a wider product range, customers will benefit from advanced catalytic processes for nitrogen generation, which can reduce energy costs by 50%,” said Zahid Rasool, Managing Director BOGE Compressors Australasia.
