Heat and Control will showcase the Langen Packaging Group’s Air Cartoner at AUSPACK PLUS. The Langen Packaging Group’s products handle an assortment of carton types, such as top load, end load, five-panel, trays and many more.

The semi-automatic hygienic cartoner combines quick and simple carton size changeovers without tools, maximising productivity. It has a stainless steel construction with easy access to product path and machine parts and a high-speed, five-head rotary feeder, with infeed and cartoner speed adjustable by potentiometer.

Additional features include ergonomic loading height for two operators with a user-friendly touch-screen panel, minimising operator fatigue and improving productivity.

Typical products suitable for the cartoner are bags, pouches, sachets, blisters, bottles, cups and jars, cartons, cases, flow wraps, stick packs, unwrapped products and various other products. Suitable markets include food and beverage, bakery and biscuit, confectionery, consumer products, cosmetic products and health and personal care products.

Also available is the Air Manual Load Cartoner which has similar benefits and features, but with a maximum output of 90 cartons/min.
