NZIFST Conference 2015

The New Zealand Institute of Food Science & Technology (NZIFST) conference for 2015 will celebrate 50 years of NZIFST, marking the occasion with the launch of an anniversary book.
The conference committee is in the early stages of defining the session topics and is open to suggestions regarding topics and/or speakers.
