Are you ready for BRC Global Food Safety Standard Issue 7?

Published in January 2015, Issue 7 sets the latest benchmarks for best practice in food manufacture, which will replace Issue 6 for all audits from 1 July 2015.

SAI Global will be holding a one-day course for current technical staff certified in issue 6 to explain the changes in the BRC Global food safety standard from version 6 to 7. The course will help to ensure that attendees have an in-depth and practical understanding of the requirements and how to implement this on-site.
