The workshop will be reviewing the FSANZ Compendium of Microbiological Criteria for Foods that was released in October 2016. Attendees will come away from the day with a better understanding of the purpose and application for the compendium, what the implications are for the food industry and supplier requirements from a microbiological perspective.
