66th Australasian Grain Science Conference 2016

The 66th Australasian Grain Science Conference will bring together international and Australian scientific and technical experts under the theme 'From the Soil to the Supermarket'.
Scientific sessions will be focused around the topics:
- Climate change and grain stress
- Grains processing
- Emerging technologies and applications to cereals
- Grains for health
- Special grains
- Breeding and agronomy
High-profile speakers have been invited to present keynote lectures. The program includes scientific oral and poster sessions, a grain quality industry forum and a session organised with the Grains and Legumes Nutrition Council.
A preconference tour will be offered as well as a welcome reception on Wednesday evening 14 September and a gala dinner on Thursday evening 15 September.
Early-bird registrations close on 15 July.
