If you want to learn more about the business of food, then think about the Monash University Graduate Certificate/Executive Certificate in Food Business Management in 2005.

This 12 month distance education course (with two compulsory residential periods) comprises units on value chain management, innovation management, management and motivation and strategy development and implementation and is supported by NFIS Ltd, with a Course Advisory Board comprising executives from the food industry.
