Alcoa sells packaging businesses to Rank Group

Alcoa has sold its packaging and consumer businesses to New Zealand’s Rank Group.
The sale included the businesses: Closure Systems International; Consumer Products (including Reynolds Wrap branded products); Flexible Packaging; and Reynolds Food Packaging.
Alcoa will continue to operate its flat-rolled can sheet products for the packaging market.
