Aussie Red Equipment's Aqua Fortis Clean & Capture range of food production cleaning equipment has four models. All are quality endorsed by HACCP and are more than just a pressure washer.

Each machine has been devised to clean and maintain different surfaces and to keep them in premium hygienic condition. The rotational jet cleaning system, with hot water high pressure and simultaneous vacuum, produces clean dry hygienic floors.

The vacuum recovery process puts hot water on the surface, pressure cleans with rotating jets then sucks up the water in one action. Floor tools come in two sizes: 280 and 430 cm. Maintenance staff are trained in how to use the equipment as using the floor tools are like using a lawn mower.

The four models available are the 85, 1700, 2400 series and the diesel (trailer mounted). Electric models can be installed into food production areas, through a wall ducted system or can be made portable. The larger units have self-generated heat sources and the series can be connected to a standard hot water service. Hot water means faster and more efficient cleaning.

The vacuum recovery hose comes with a reel and is contained within the unit itself. All units are suitable for different types of hard surfaces, whether production areas, loading docks or staff amenities, such as toilets. Units have unlimited possibilities on all hard surfaces. The rotational tool can be replaced with a meter lance (included with equipment) to clean rubbish bins, walls, rails, conveyor belts, etc.
