The 18th Australian HACCP conference is to be held from 12-16 September 2011 at the RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast.
The conference program features a variety of speakers from Australia and abroad, discussing topics including: building a food safety culture; value of third-party audits; emerging food-safety chemical hazards; managing risk in the face of disasters; case studies: managing food safety in the face of national issues; case studies - food safety in primary industry businesses; and understanding due diligence.
