Pallet-wrapping machine

TechnoWrapp has released the ruggedly constructed, high-speed A800 and A800 4E automatic ring-wrapping machines for wrapping palletised loads with stretch film and a waterproof top sheet. The machines are particularly fast as they can wrap at speeds up to 130 pallets/h.

The complete cycle consisting of 10 wraps, cut and clamp takes only 20 s.

The A800 and A800 4E are highly productive and designed to keep film usage to a minimum, and yet ensure complete hermetic sealing of the pallet stack. Film savings of up to 300% are claimed by use of features such as electronic pre-stretching of the film.

The ring technology rotates the film cartridge around the palletised load, combining smooth horizontal and vertical movements to cover the load, while still maintaining the integrity of the load corners. Easy parameter change controls accommodate different sized loads easily.

Because the pallet/load is static, the stability and integrity of the stack is maintained during the high-speed wrapping process.

Optional features of the automatic pallet stretch-wrapping machines include: auto reel changeover, pallet lift in wrapping area and a stretch film splicer.
