3D printing and brand collaboration on the menu for technical dinner

In conjunction with LATMA (Label and Tag Manufacturers Association of Australia), the Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP) is hosting a joint technical dinner on 3 September at the Box Hill Golf Club.

Speakers for the evening will be Dennis Choo, solution architect, Esko and Heath van der Waerden, technical sales, Tasman Machinery.

Choo will present a paper titled ‘Brand collaboration and packaging automation’. He will discuss Esko’s packaging management solution, WebCenter.

Van der Waerden will discuss how 3D printing can improve design, production and speed to market. He will outline the product development cycles for a variety of packaging solutions and will also discuss 3D printing as an innovation.
