How do I change my email address?

Click here and log-in by entering your old email address and password.

Click "Edit Profile" (top right-hand corner of page) to enter your Member Profile page and click on "Edit" besides the heading "Your Details". Change email address to correct or new email address and then hit Submit.

I no longer want to receive print/digital magazine and/or eNewsletters - how do I cancel my subscription?

If you have never logged onto a Westwick Farrow website to register for our magazines or eNewsletters please click here . Please note your full name and magazines/eNewsletter registration you wish to cancel. Please also note Reader ID, if available.

If you are currently a website member, please log on by clicking here and entering your email address and password. Click "Edit Profile" (top right-hand corner of page) to enter your Member Profile page.

Please click "Edit" beside either Email Updates or FREE Magazines.

To cancel your registration, please remove the applicable tick simply by clicking on it.

I currently have a magazine subscription but am logging on for the first time. Can I do this?

Yes. Please click here and follow the on screen prompts. You will be sent your new log-in details by email with a link back to the Log-In page where you can then update your details, renew a subscription and sign up for eNewsletters and digital magazine versions.

I currently have a subscription. If I log on for the first time does this mean I will receive two copies?

No. All records are checked to ensure you do not receive two copies. If we find a possible matching record we will contact you for verification.

My colleague currently receives the magazine and I want to change the subscription into my name. How do I do this?

Please enter your details as a new member by clicking here and go through the member subscription process.

To cancel your colleague's subscription please go to the Contact Us page and note the details of the subscription to be cancelled, including Reader ID.

The system fails to recognise my email address, what should I do?

Try and request a new password. If your email address still fails, please click here . We will contact you with your current log-in details, which can be changed via the Edit Profile section after logging in.

I have signed up for a digital magazine but have not yet received one as yet?

Digital versions of our print magazines are being rolled out gradually. Voice&Data and Sustainability Matters are available now while other titles will become available during 2010. If you want to subscribe to print and digital versions of other titles, we will advise you by email when digital version is launched and you can unsubscribe from print at that time if you wish.
